Head-to-Head: two drug combos battle common stomach bug
NCT ID NCT06340334
Summary
This study tested two different 14-day antibiotic treatments to see which one works better at clearing a common stomach infection called H. pylori. About 400 adults with the infection took either a simpler two-drug combo or a more complex four-drug combo. Researchers compared how well each treatment worked and what side effects people experienced.
