First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study compares two 14-day treatments for H. pylori, a stomach infection that can cause ulcers. About 552 people will get either a new triple therapy (bismuth, amoxicillin, vonoprazan) or a standard quadruple therapy. The goal is to see which is more effective and safer, and how antibiotic resistance and genetics affect results.
