Summary
This study aims to find the safest and most effective way to eliminate H. pylori, a common stomach bacteria that can cause ulcers and increase cancer risk. It will compare two different acid-reducing drugs and test if adding a zinc supplement to standard antibiotic therapy improves results. The trial will involve 88 adults with a confirmed H. pylori infection.
