Summary
This study looks for Helicobacter pylori (a stomach bacteria) in 200 adults with metabolic fatty liver disease. Researchers want to find out how many of these patients also have the bacteria, which could help improve treatment and quality of life. Participants will provide a stool sample or undergo an endoscopic biopsy to test for the infection.
