Summary
This study is for people who have already completed a year-long trial of the GZR18 weight loss injection. It aims to see if continuing the treatment with injections every four weeks (instead of every two) for another 24 weeks is safe and effective at helping people maintain or further reduce their weight. The study will also check for effects on blood sugar, cholesterol, and other health measures.
