Summary
This study is testing whether a new injectable medication called GZR18 can help control blood sugar and body weight in Chinese adults with type 2 diabetes. It compares the drug to a placebo (dummy injection) in people whose blood sugar is still too high despite diet and exercise. The main goal is to see if GZR18 safely lowers long-term blood sugar levels (HbA1c).
