Summary
This study tests an experimental injection called GZR18 in 274 Chinese adults with type 2 diabetes whose blood sugar is not well controlled by diet and exercise alone. The main goal is to see if the drug safely lowers blood sugar levels over time. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo, and neither they nor their doctors will know which they get.
