First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study follows about 195 women who receive a mesh sling surgery (GYNECARE TVT ABBREVO®) for stress urinary incontinence—leaking urine when coughing, sneezing, or exercising. The main goal is to see if the surgery stops leakage 5 to 10 years later. Researchers also track symptom improvement, pain, and quality of life.
