NCT ID NCT07496229
First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, GW5282 and golidocitinib, for people with T-cell lymphoma. The first part finds the safest dose; the second part compares the combo to standard chemotherapy. About 165 adults with newly diagnosed or relapsed disease will take part. The goal is to see if the combo works better and is safer than current treatment.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
- Active substance
- GW5282 combined with golidocitinib
- What this could lead to
- If successful, this could offer a new chemo-free combination therapy for T-cell lymphoma, potentially improving response rates and reducing side effects compared to standard treatment.
- What could go wrong
- This is an early phase 1/2 trial with a small number of participants, so results may not apply broadly. The combination may cause unexpected side effects or fail to show better outcomes than standard chemo.
