Summary
This study tests whether a new drug called gecacitinib, combined with standard anti-rejection medicine, can prevent a serious complication called graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in people with myelofibrosis who receive a stem cell transplant. About 40 adults will take part. The goal is to see if this approach reduces severe GVHD and improves recovery.
