First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated May 30, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This early-stage study is testing whether a new drug (GV20-0251) combined with an immunotherapy (sintilimab) is safe and can shrink tumors before surgery in adults with head and neck cancer. Nine participants will receive two cycles of the drug combo, then have surgery to remove the cancer. The main goals are to check for side effects and see how many tumors respond to treatment.
