First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at how physical fitness changes the bacteria in your gut. Researchers will compare gut microbes from inactive people to elite athletes to see if exercise boosts gut health. The goal is to understand which bacteria are linked to better fitness and create a sample bank for future research. Healthy men aged 18-30 who are non-smokers and have no gut diseases can join.
