Summary
This study aims to understand if the types of bacteria in the gut are different in people with rare blood disorders like POEMS syndrome and AL amyloidosis. Researchers will compare stool samples from 240 people, including newly diagnosed patients, those in remission, and healthy individuals. The goal is to see if gut bacteria patterns are linked to these diseases, which could lead to better understanding in the future.
