Summary

This study tests whether non-drug approaches—like physical activity, cognitive training, and dietary supplements—can reduce depression symptoms and help prevent memory decline in adults aged 50–80 with major depressive disorder. Participants will be randomly assigned to different lifestyle programs. The goal is to see if changing daily habits can protect brain function over time.
