Can a gut health pill help dialysis patients?

Summary

This study is testing if a daily probiotic supplement can improve gut health and reduce harmful toxins in the blood of people receiving kidney dialysis. Thirty adult participants on long-term dialysis will take the supplement for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in blood toxin levels and markers of inflammation to see if the supplement helps.
