Can a targeted vitamin pill tune your gut?
NCT ID NCT07093463
Summary
This study is testing if a new type of vitamin B2 pill, designed to release in the colon, is better for gut health than a regular vitamin B2 pill or a placebo. It will involve 90 healthy adults aged 50-70 who have mild, ongoing bowel complaints. Researchers will check if the special pill changes the mix of gut bacteria, improves digestion, or eases symptoms over 8 weeks.
