Summary
This study aims to find and identify good bacteria (probiotics) from stool samples that can increase butyrate, a compound important for gut health. Researchers will collect samples from 25 healthy adults aged 20 to 80. The goal is to discover at least 12 bacterial strains that could be used in future products to improve digestion and overall health.
