Summary
This small pilot study aims to test a new tool for analyzing gut bacteria and see if personalized prebiotic supplements can improve gut health in healthy adults who drink alcohol moderately. Twenty participants will take a daily prebiotic for 60 days and provide stool samples. Researchers will measure changes in gut bacteria and related functions, as well as mood and thinking skills.
