Summary
This study tested whether adding a new immunotherapy drug (SAR444245) to other standard cancer drugs could help control advanced cancers of the digestive system, including stomach, liver, and colon cancers. It involved 138 adults whose cancer had spread and was no longer responding well to other treatments. The main goal was to see if the combination could shrink tumors and for how long, while also checking for side effects.
