Summary
This study recruits 10 healthy adults who eat a high-fiber diet (lots of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains). Researchers want to isolate and grow specific gut bacteria that are hard to culture in the lab. By understanding these bacteria better, they hope to learn more about how diet affects gut health.
