Summary
This study is testing how well the drug guselkumab works for people with psoriatic arthritis (PsA), a condition that causes joint pain and swelling. Researchers will use ultrasound to measure joint inflammation in 200 adults over 24 weeks. The goal is to see if guselkumab reduces symptoms and improves quality of life in a real-world setting.
