Summary
This study tested the safety of a drug called guselkumab in 38 adults with moderate to severe Crohn's disease, a chronic inflammatory bowel condition. Participants received the drug and were monitored for side effects and disease activity over 48 weeks. The goal was to see if guselkumab is safe enough to control the disease long-term, not to cure it.
