Psoriasis patients may get longer breaks between injections

NCT ID NCT07430319

First seen Mar 05, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looks at whether people with psoriasis who are doing very well on guselkumab (Tremfya) can safely wait longer than the usual 8 weeks between injections. Researchers will follow 100 adults whose doctors have already extended their dosing interval to more than 9 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach keeps psoriasis under control while reducing the number of shots and possibly lowering costs.
