New gum surgery aims to stop the 'Rebound' and keep your smile perfect
NCT ID NCT07041541
Summary
This study is comparing two different gum surgery techniques for people with a 'gummy smile' (excessive gum display). It aims to see if a newer method, called GingivalStat, is better at keeping the gum line stable and preventing it from growing back up after surgery compared to the conventional method. The trial involves 22 healthy adults and will track their gum position, pain, and satisfaction for six months after the procedure.
