Summary
This study compares five different non-surgical gum disease treatments to see how each affects bacteria entering the bloodstream and body-wide inflammation. Researchers will measure blood markers before and after treatment in 75 adults with severe periodontitis. The goal is to find which approach is safest and most effective for overall health.
