Summary
This study aims to understand why some adults develop gum recession after orthodontic treatment (braces). Researchers will follow 50 adult patients, some getting braces and some not, to measure gum health and identify risk factors. The goal is to create a clinical guideline to help dentists predict which patients might be at higher risk for this side effect before starting treatment.
