First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a special blood protein mixture (platelet-rich fibrin) to a standard gum graft helps increase the thickness of gum tissue around dental implants. Twenty-two adults with thin gums will be randomly assigned to get either the combined treatment or the standard graft alone. Researchers will measure gum height, pain levels, and how the gums look over six months.
