Summary

This study compares two surgical methods to add gum tissue in areas where gums are too thin (less than 2 mm). The goal is to see which technique—the accordian method or the standard free gingival graft—results in less shrinkage and better gum width after 3 months. 36 adults with at least two missing teeth and healthy gums will participate.
