Dental breakthrough? study tests new gum repair methods
NCT ID NCT07119307
Summary
This study compared three different gum surgery approaches for treating deep bone loss around teeth. Researchers tested whether adding special proteins and bone graft materials to a gentle surgical technique worked better than the technique alone. The goal was to see which method best helped gums reattach to teeth and reduce deep pockets where bacteria can grow.
