Summary
This study aims to understand the short-term effects of different gum cleaning methods on the body. Researchers will compare five treatment approaches in 75 adults with moderate to severe gum disease. They will measure bacteria and inflammation markers in the blood before and after treatment to see which method is safest and most effective.
