New gum surgery methods tested to fight tooth loss

Summary

This study is comparing three different surgical techniques for treating advanced gum disease (periodontitis). It will involve 60 patients with deep gum pockets and bone loss. The goal is to see which surgical approach is most effective at reducing pocket depth, improving gum attachment, and preserving gum tissue.
