Summary
This study is testing a new online questionnaire designed to help people check their own risk for gum disease. About 400 adults will answer the questions and then get a professional dental exam during the same visit. Researchers will compare the results to see if the online tool accurately identifies who is at low, medium, or high risk for gum problems.
