First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tested two ways to thicken gums around dental implants: using the patient's own tissue or a collagen matrix. 84 adults received one of four treatments, and researchers measured gum thickness, color, and healing over 6 months.
