Summary

This study tests whether a daily oral glutamine supplement can reduce chronic stomach symptoms like pain, diarrhea, and bloating in veterans with Gulf War Illness. About 80 veterans will receive either glutamine or a placebo for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if glutamine improves symptoms and helps repair the gut lining.
