NCT ID NCT07161934
Summary
This study tested whether guided mental imagery training could help young soccer players improve their shooting accuracy and psychological skills. Thirty-two boys aged 12-14 were randomly assigned to either receive guided mental practice sessions after regular training or continue with standard training only for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in shooting accuracy and the players' ability to use mental imagery to enhance their performance.
