Summary

This study tests whether a vaginal probiotic can help prevent recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs) by increasing healthy bacteria. About 156 women with frequent UTIs will use a probiotic for 3 months. Researchers will check vaginal and urine samples to see if the probiotic boosts protective bacteria and reduces infection risk.
