Summary

This study tested a drug called guadecitabine combined with a donor white blood cell infusion for people whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) came back after a stem cell transplant. The goal was to see if this treatment could help control the cancer and improve survival. The study enrolled 55 adults and measured how many achieved complete remission and how long they lived.
