First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment called GT719 for adults with certain blood cancers (B-cell lymphoma or leukemia) that have come back or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells that are made from a healthy donor, so they can be given to many patients without needing a personalized match. The main goals are to check the treatment's safety and see how well it works in 34 participants.
