First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This early study tests a new treatment called GT307 for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or come back after standard therapy. GT307 uses immune cells taken from the patient's own tumor, grown in a lab, and then given back to the patient. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and tolerable, and to measure how well it works against the cancer.
