Summary
This study tests a new drug called GSK5458514 in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), a type of advanced prostate cancer. The goal is to check the drug's safety and how the body processes it, given alone or with other cancer treatments. About 85 men will take part in two phases: first to find the right dose, then to expand testing.
