Summary

This study is the first time a new experimental malaria drug, GSK4024484, is being tested in humans. The main goal is to see if it is safe for healthy adults and how the body processes it. Researchers will also check if taking the pill with food changes its effects. The study involves 156 healthy volunteers aged 18 to 60.
