Summary
This study tested a new medicine called GSK3915393 for people with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), a chronic lung disease that causes scarring and breathing difficulty. The trial aimed to see if the drug could slow lung function decline, but it was terminated early. About 158 participants were planned, and the main measure was change in forced vital capacity (a lung function test) after 26 weeks.
