Summary
This study tested a new type of flu shot made with mRNA technology, similar to some COVID-19 vaccines. It involved 845 healthy adults to see how well their immune systems responded to different doses and to check for side effects. The goal was to gather data to help develop a better seasonal flu vaccine for the future.
