New arthritis drug enters human safety testing

Summary
This early-stage study aims to check the safety and how the body processes a new experimental drug called GS-0272 in people with rheumatoid arthritis. It will involve about 55 adults who have the condition and are taking certain standard medications. The main goal is to see how well the drug is tolerated and to measure its levels in the blood over time.
