New hope for advanced cancer: first human trial of GS-0201 begins

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug called GS-0201, given alone or with another cancer drug (sacituzumab govitecan), in adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see how the body handles the drug. About 278 participants will take part.
