Summary
This early-stage trial tested a single dose of a new drug called GRT6019 in 18 healthy men to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. The study also looked at whether food changes how the drug works. No treatment was given for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD); the results will help plan future studies in people with DMD.
