New group program aims to ease teen migraines without medication
NCT ID NCT07419607
Summary
This study is testing a weekly group program designed to help teens with migraines. The program combines exercise, muscle relaxation techniques, and education about migraines. Researchers want to see if this non-drug approach can reduce how often teens get migraines and how bad they are. They are comparing teens in the program to teens who receive no special treatment.
