Mindfulness vs. support groups: new hope for cancer Survivors' pain

Summary
This study is comparing two types of group therapy to help breast cancer survivors manage joint pain caused by their medication. Researchers want to see if these weekly video sessions can reduce pain, improve quality of life, and help people stay on their cancer treatment. The study involves 200 participants who will try either mindfulness-based therapy or supportive group therapy over 8 weeks.
