New group therapy trial aims to ease mental health struggles in autistic youth
NCT ID NCT06441786
Summary
This study is testing whether a 10-week group therapy program is practical, acceptable, and helpful for reducing anxiety and depression in autistic teenagers aged 15-18. Researchers will work with 36 participants to see if the therapy is easy to run, if teens find it useful, and if it shows early signs of improving symptoms and quality of life. The main goal is to gather initial information to see if a larger, more definitive study is warranted.
