Nurse-Led sleep groups could offer Drug-Free relief for insomnia

NCT ID NCT04975776

Summary

This study is testing whether a short, group-based therapy led by nurses in regular doctor's offices can help people with chronic insomnia. The therapy focuses on a technique called sleep restriction, which aims to improve sleep patterns. Researchers are comparing this approach to simply giving patients written sleep advice to see which is more effective and cost-efficient over two years.
